We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with RestoreTrack, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our sales. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and follow the instructions to look up your order, or
- Contact our support team via the support channel inside the service and we'll arrange the refund through Paddle on your behalf.
Please include the email address used at checkout and, if possible, the order or invoice number.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the then-current billing period.
Refunds for renewal payments outside the initial 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something has clearly gone wrong, get in touch.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
